Kingsborough Apartments has 11 one bedroom apartments and 29 two bedroom apartments, 4 of which are adapted for tenants with hearing or vision impairment. This facility provides safe, affordable housing for families and individuals.

Our property currently has vacancies for both handicap accessible and standard units. Applications are being accepted at building 34 S on Main Street or online. Applications can also be submitted by mail. Eight (8) units benefit from a Section 8 Project Based Voucher, and qualified applicants will be referred to the HCR LA for placement on the waiting list for a Project Based Voucher. PBV Rents are affordable and based on income.
