Juniper Manor I is located in the quaint village of Trumansburg and just North-West of Ithaca, NY. It was built in 1982 and is funded by a federal government low-interest loan (HUD).

We offer (36) one bedroom apartments (some are accessible) and 4 two-bedroom apartments. Our apartments are available to senior citizens 62 years of age or older or anyone that is disabled and at least 18 years of age or older. Our apartments are equipped with electric heating, wall-to-wall carpeting and are furnished with a stove and refrigerator. Our safety features include; secure entry, emergency call systems in each unit, and a front door intercom system to identify guests as an extra safety precaution.

Our two-story building includes a chair lift and elevator that is fully handicapped accessible. Community features include an on-site office, on-site parking, 24-hour emergency maintenance, community rooms and lounges, laundry facilities, inside mail delivery, and cable ready. Pets are allowed, although some restrictions may apply.

This property is within a short drive of a variety of sit-down and take-out restaurants, coffee shops, and farmer’s markets. The Trumansburg golf course is also within a short drive, as well as beautiful scenery! Trumansburg Creek, Taughannock Falls State Park, Cayuga Lake, and The Finger Lakes National Forrest, just to name a few!
