- Pet Policy: Residents may keep one (1) animal in the apartment at any given time, not one (1) of each kind. The resident is permitted to keep one (1) dog, cat, rodent (i.e. hamster, gerbil, guinea pig, and rabbit), or turtle. Rodents must be kept in cages. Turtles must be kept in a proper enclosure. There may be no more than two (2) birds (specifically parakeets, canaries, or finches). There is no limit on the number of fish. However, the size of the fish tank may not exceed 10 gallons. Dogs cannot weigh more than twenty-five (25) pounds and stand more than fifteen (15) inches at the shoulder at the time of maturity.
