We offer affordable and comfortable living for those 55 years of age and older. Our community offers spacious one and two-bedroom apartments, which are equipped with many safety features such as; controlled access entry into the building, grab bars, smoke detectors, heat detectors CO2 (Carbon Monoxide) detector, sprinkler systems and emergency pull cords in each unit. Our complex amenities include a community room, outdoor patio, gardens, a gazebo and elevator, just to name a few. Heat, water and trash removal are included at no additional charge and our pet policy does allow up to one pet per unit, although some restrictions may apply.
