Juniper Manor II is located in the quaint village of Trumansburg and just North-West of Ithaca, NY. It was completed in 1991 and is funded by the New York State Turnkey Program Housing Trust Fund. We offer 16 one bedroom apartments and 4 two bedroom apartments, which are available to senior citizens 62 years of age or older or anyone that is disabled and at least 18 years of age.
Our apartments are equipped with electric heating, wall-to-wall carpeting, high-rise toilets and the kitchen features large appliances and a pantry. Our safety features include; walk-in showers on the first floor, emergency call systems in each unit and a front door intercom system to identify guests as an extra safety precaution.
Our two-story building includes an elevator and is fully handicapped accessible. Community features include an on-site office, off-street parking, 24-hour emergency maintenance, community rooms and lounges, laundry facilities, inside mail delivery and is cable ready. Pets are allowed, although some restrictions may apply.
This property is within a short drive of a variety of sit-down and take-out restaurants, coffee shops and farmer’s markets. The Trumansburg golf course is also within a short drive, as well as lots of beautiful scenery! Trumansburg Creek, Taughannock Falls State Park, Cayuga Lake and The Finger Lakes National Forrest, just to name a few!
