CRM Rental Management, one of the top property management companies in New York, is proud to announce Ms. Ida Chrzanowski as the 2018 New York State Rural Development (RD) Site Manager of the Year for Elderly Housing.
Ms. Chrzanowski is the Office / Site Manager at Camden Apartments which is one of the many apartment communities CRM manages.

New York State USDA RD issues this Site Manager of the Year award to just one individual each year. The nomination was made by a representative in the USDA Rural Development Marcy Local Servicing Office.
New York State USDA Rural Development will be making a presentation on July 17th at 10:30am at Camden Apartments to announce Ida’s award and recognize all of her accomplishments.
Media, elected officials, CRM representatives, and residents of Camden Apartments are all invited to attend this presentation. Liberty Affordable Housing Inc. owners of the Camden / Mill Stream Apartments will also be represented.
