For 2016, CRM wanted to acknowledge all employees with a little more “thanks” by paying the entire 100% premium for their selected healthcare for both months of January and May. The employees were ecstatic for such a caring gesture. “There are many day to day challenges each team member faces and affording good healthcare shouldn’t be one of them” says John Varecka.
